Meet Our Pastor

Matt Crozier was raised in a Christian home and trusted Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour at the age of seven. God placed a desire in his heart early on to serve in ministry, which led him to attend Pensacola Bible Institute in Pensacola, Florida.

He graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor of Divinity degree and received his license to preach that same year.

In 2002, Matt married his beautiful wife, Leah, and the Lord has blessed them with three children: Katelyn, Titus, and Silas.

He has had the privilege of pastoring for several years and has faithfully sought to preach the word of God and minister to the needs of God’s people.

Matt also has a heart for missions, having made several trips to other countries over the years to help spread the Gospel.

In 2020, Matt and his family moved to Oregon with a burden to be a help and blessing to the local church. In 2024, he was voted in as the Pastor of Northwest Baptist Church.

Matt’s heart is to remain faithful to the calling God placed on his life—to preach the Book, love people, encourage the saints, and stand firm on the truth.
